About Me
I'm Andy, a Staff Product Designer with nearly a decade of work across startup and enterprise. I design for clarity. Whether the surface is a frontline retail tool, an executive insights dashboard, or a brand-new product, my goal is the same: make the complex feel obvious, and make the obvious feel considered.
My work spans interaction design, design systems, and visual craft, grounded in research and shaped by a systems mindset. I've built design functions from scratch, evolved enterprise design systems, and shipped tools used by hundreds of thousands of employees. I move comfortably between IC craft and design leadership, and I care as much about the typography and motion of a single screen as I do about the architecture holding everything together.
I'm especially drawn to projects where ambiguity is high and the right answer hasn't been written yet. The work I'm proudest of starts as a vague problem and ends as something a person uses without thinking about it. That's the bar I hold myself to.
